Airport Pick-Up:

We recommend that customers call us live when they are ready to leave the airport. This will eliminate reservation, parking and waiting time charges.

However, we do provide 'meeter/greeter' service when our drivers are instructed to meet the passengers with their name signs at the designated area and we charge $ 10.00 for this service, besides parking and waiting time starting from the original time of arrival of the flight till the passenger is seated in the car. These charges are applicable from Airports to all destinations except going to Manhattan when prices are as follows, and they include all above charges including W/T up to 30 minutes.

We offer two options for all airport pick-ups. Each option is designed to suit your transportation needs. Please inform our operator s which option you prefer. We will do the rest.

1. Call when you are ready to go: Call us when you arrive at the airport, requesting an outside the terminal pick-up (usually by taxi dispatcher, or any specific letter sign or terminal number). Phone (800) 422-2335). We always have cars ready at the three major airports. This option will virtually eliminate any waiting time charges.
2. Inside Reservation " Meet and Greet ": Place an advance reservation. Your flight information will be monitored and confirmed. A car will be dispatched 30 to 60 minutes in advance, depending on the airport, , to enable our driver to be inside by the baggage claim (domestic flights), Customs exit (international flights) or :Meet and Greet” area designed for the drivers. The driver will be carrying a MinuteMen signed with your name on it.

   Please note that we will verify all arrival times with your airline. It is essential to advise us of any flight or airline changes, so we can modify your reservation and monitor it more accurately. We will not be responsible for any waiting time incurred for wrong or delayed information given by you or the airline, after the call is assigned to the driver. We will provide free waiting time, starting from the scheduled arrival time (not the actual arrival time) as follows:
